An accomplished executive in for-profit and not-for-profit roles with nearly 30 years of experience, Marla has a track record of leading complex change and enterprise-wide integration; developing consensus and synergy with diverse stakeholders; and transforming culture to create high-performing teams.

Prior to joining Fortis Leadership, Marla most recently served as the CEO of the American Nurses Association (ANA) Enterprise. Her leadership in large-scale change, innovation, and creation of a positive work culture transformed ANA into one of the fastest-growing national associations. Weston was selected by Modern Healthcare as one of the Top 25 Women in Healthcare in 2017 due to her leadership skills and accomplishments in health care, mentorship of female health care executives, and her contributions to health care at the local, state and national levels. With her PhD in nursing and over 20 years in executive practice, excellent public speaking and meeting facilitation skills, Marla has the insights and the business acumen to assist organizations in obtaining a quantum leap in their impact in making a difference in the world.
